Our Complete Meeting Package (CMP) offers all the elements of a successful conference in one easy-to-budget package. While we feel that our CMP is the greatest blend of value, convenience and flexibility for meeting groups, we are pleased to customize a plan that fits your specific budget and needs. For those attendees commuting daily, a Day Meeting Package (DMP) is also available.

Complete Meeting Package


Our Complete Meeting Package includes overnight accommodations, use of the main conference room, morning and afternoon break; a full hot buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner in Visions Restaurant; standard audiovisual equipment; an LCD overhead projector/screen; flipcharts; access to Shades Lounge and Focus Fitness Center; and a personal conference planning manager.

Daily Meeting Package


Our Daily Meeting Package includes use of the main conference room, morning and afternoon break; continental breakfast and dinner in Visions Restaurant; standard audiovisual equipment; an LCD overhead projector/screen; flipcharts; and a personal conference planning manager.
